Customers agree to pay all setup fees, monthly subscription fees, and any agreed service charges shown on the invoice, checkout page, payment link, proposal, or written agreement. Monthly services renew automatically unless canceled according to the cancellation policy below.
3. Digital Delivery
Our services are delivered digitally. Standard implementation typically begins after payment and onboarding information are received. Delivery timelines may vary based on customer responsiveness, technical requirements, integration access, and project scope.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, login access when required, approved scripts, service details, phone numbers, CRM access, and other materials needed to complete the automation setup.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Visualz Market LLC does not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, sales outcomes, or business results. Automation systems are tools intended to improve communication and workflow efficiency, but results depend on many factors outside our control.
6. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use our services for illegal activity, misleading communications, spam, harassment, prohibited products or services, or any activity that violates applicable laws, carrier rules, platform rules, or payment processor requirements.
7. Changes to Services
We may update, adjust, or improve service features over time. Any major change to a customer's specific paid service will be communicated when applicable.

Refund Policy
Setup fees are generally non-refundable once onboarding, planning, configuration, or implementation work has begun. Because our services are digital and labor-based, completed work cannot be returned like a physical product.
If a refund request is made before implementation begins, Visualz Market may review the request and determine whether a full or partial refund is appropriate.
Monthly Subscription Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previously paid monthly service fees.
Dispute Resolution

Service Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, access to ongoing support, management, optimization, and maintained automation services may end at the close of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
